Kelly and I, as usual, will be here for the games this weekend, so there is no problem in the press section! See you all on Friday and Saturday.

Peice of shit ass holes mother f**ers. Please someone tell me why i pay taxes in point, We have had plenty of cold ass weather and how much does it really take to plow and pour the ice.
I just check the ice at gourkey, and it is closed and chained up. I went into willet (i saw parkas and rec truck out side) and talked to the people ruinning it there, they said that 2 weeeks ago they made the decision to not pour ice any more this year (hmm about 2 days after i got my skates sharpened).
I called plover and all they could tell me is that their worming houses are closed for the season.
What do you think about that, our fucking taxes are really going to work here.
If someone could check the plover rink, or a mircle happenes and we get time indoors or something we are not playing. I agree with cave once a year is not enough i would be willing to play every other week if not more.
Or we could go play on caves personal rink (if its still there).
Lets spend thousands of dollars on gravel for the green circle but no not 50 bucks for someone to prep the ice. I am going to send a letter to out lovely rec department.

Or we could go play on caves personal rink (if its still there). Well, it's there, but it needs alot of TLC. The last snow fall during warm weather, followed by cold killed it. I think we can rehabilatate it back to operation, but not by tomorrow.

Or we could go play on caves personal rink (if its still there). So I am moving into the house that overlooks the rink that me and Jeff made. It currently needs some work, but it is still there. Would anyone be interested in having an RC skating party sometime in the next couple of weekends? We could cookout and just dick around out on the ice. I'm pretty sure the ice will last the rest of March and if we're luckey, into April. So my weekends look like this: March 12-13: Compleatly open. (This would be great for me) 19-20: Sunday I have to goto Milwaukee. 26-27: I have to stick around town and work, but it is Easter. April: So far I have nothing planned for the month. I think it would be great if we could all get together one more time this year and skate. Heck we did it several times last year and only once this year. Well let me know what everyone thinks.

It's 50 out today. it will be relatively cooler this week, then after that who knows. My outdoor season is done this year... First off the 50 degrees was perfect today. It softened all the snow and I was able to scrape the ice clean. With the colder weather to follow we will pump some water on to the ice and it will be prime. The weather on Saturday will be perfect for skating with temps in the 20's and it will be sunny. (Well it is forcasted that way) Second off, I don't know why you are officaly declaring your outdoor season over. If there is ice to skate, why not do it? Guess I just don't understand...

I heard some scary news today. There is some talk about draining the lake this summer and leaving it down untill the following spring. 15 years of wanting to do this and they wait until I move in... If it goes through I hope they all choke.

Well unless a miracle happens, Rink de Caveman is officaly dead for the season. With no intrest from outsiders to skate, the fact that Jeff doesn't want to pull his snowblower out to clean it off, and that I am just too damn lazy to shovel it off by hand has doomed the rink. Which is too bad, seeing how the ice is still thick enough to support the weight of some ice fisherman's truck. Maybe if I get moved in and it still looks like it has some life in it, I'll get the drive to get up and get it clean, but till then skating is done.
